When Nick Berry launched Redesigned.Business, he already knew what to expect from the path ahead and the moves he would need to make.
After exiting his previous company, Nick built an advisory practice helping expert-led businesses break through the growth ceilings that keep founders stuck as the bottleneck. He recognized one of those ceilings in his own path, and was ready to get out in front of it before it became a problem in his business.
Nick was building a content system called the Authority Engine, designed to run his own business and to bring to market for other founders. The system was working. But content production still ran through him, and he needed to free himself up to keep developing it.
Otherwise, he would be the bottleneck and the project likely dies on the vine.
It was time to bring in the right person.

The Approach
Nick partnered with Wow Remote Teams to hire Brigida, a content production assistant from Brazil.
This was not about offloading random tasks. Nick needed someone who could take ownership of an area of responsibility and run with it. Brigida did exactly that.
She started by learning the content workflow and quickly took responsibility for podcast production, copywriting, and distribution. Within weeks, she was handling around 90% of content execution. As she proved herself, the scope of her role expanded.

With Brigida running content execution, Nick was free to focus on what only he could do: finishing the content system he’s bringing to market, deepening his advisory work with clients, and building the strategic relationships that drive growth.
The result was much better than just delegation. A project came to life and the business is operating the way it was designed to.
