What is W-3 Form?
W-3 Form is a tax document used in the United States to summarize and transmit the W-2 Forms for all employees to the Social Security Administration (SSA). It provides a summary of the total wages, tips, and other compensation paid to employees, along with the total amount of Social Security and Medicare taxes withheld. Employers are required to file the W-3 Form along with the W-2 Forms by January 31st each year.
