Resenteeism is the condition in which employees continue working despite feeling dissatisfied, disengaged, or resentful toward their job, employer, or work environment. Unlike absenteeism, where employees avoid work altogether, resenteeism involves physically showing up while exhibiting low motivation, reduced productivity, and a negative attitude.
